We’re Back! Spring 2010 Season Is Underway! Welcome to the Hollywood Stay-Puft Marshmallow League! In Hollywood, there are just too many pretty faces so we use “no sting” rubber balls. Granted they still just may bring a tear to your eye at times but we only make careers, we don’t ruin them…so come on out and enjoy a more co-ed friendly league night w/o the Tuesday morning bruising! We play on Monday Nights 7pm-10pm @ the Hollywood Rec Center (Santa Monica & Cole Ave) Gym Location: Hollywood Rec Center 1122 Cole Ave Los Angeles, CA 90038
The Dodgeball Run-down: · 10 week season o Week 1 JAMBOREE o 7 regular season matches o 1week Playoffs o 1 week FINALS · Teams consist of MAX 20 players, with a MIN of 5 females per team o Sing up as whole team, with a couple of friends or by your lonesome – we’ll always match you with a team · Each team, each week will play one-50 minute match – with the match times rotating weekly. o GAME TIMES are 7:05pm. 8:05pm. OR 9:05 pm · Each week is themed!! o We encourage costumes and out of the box outfits (aka HALLOWEEN all year round!) · Cost $55 o includes T-shirt, team picture & a possibly a weekly hangover · Drink specials @ our League sponsored watering hole HAPPY ENDINGS – just east of La Brea on Sunset after. o Um, where else in Hollywood can you get a pitcher & a pizza for $15?!? o That’s what I thought. So come on…are you scared? Well, you should be…reverting back to the 5th grade is never an easy thing!
